LED Fog Lights!!

Are LED Fog lights as bright as regular halogen fog lights??

Or are people just claiming that they are just as bright!!!

led lights are a much better light clearer not much brighter

i just wanted to know other peoples opinion as i am considering putting foglights on my car!
