Default New Head

I was thinking about getting a new head. I have an 02 honda civic. Which head would fit, or where can I get the info to find out?

Im pretty sure for the D17 you can only use that head for it, Is there a reason why you want to put a new head on??? You might be able to use other D series heads but im not sure. IMHO i would just swap a K series motor into it. Than that get rid fo the ticking time bomb that is the D17.

So would you recommend the base model motor or the type s? I know there are major differences, but could I make it about the same speed for the difference in cost, or would it be better to just get the type s motor?
