so if i can get a civic si with a b16 in it, all i need to do is take everything out of the civic and it will go straight into my del sol right? all mounts, axles, shift linkage will fit right in? now all i really havent been able to find dispite the 2 hours i have been searching is, will the wiring harness plug straight in? and the ecu will not work without an obd conversion right? or will it?
the wiring is what i havent been able to find, everything else i think i am squared away on.
the reason i ask is because i found a guy who said he has a wrecked civic si with a b16 in it, i am still waiting on all the details.

help me out, it's 4am and i been searching han and google for the past 2 hours and i dont think i have found all the info i need.

im not too familiar with the del sol but
1.if the wire harness is a too part design like obd1 cars then u have to use a integra or obd1 civic wire harness depending on the year of your car..
2.i dont kno if the mounts will drop directly
3.if the wire harness is a one piece design like the 96-00 civic then u will have to find a 96-98 ex harness and an obd2a Ecu

yeah del sol chassis are exactly like integra chassis. And I beleive your del sol is 95 or older (OBDI), and I think the SI civic that came with the b16 were all OBDII.
So you're gonna need a conversion harness ( www.RYWIRE.com is cheap ), integra motor mounts and the integra rear mount. I may be able to scrounge up all the integra mounts you will need, let me know if you're interested. And if the B16 you're buying came out of a 99-00 SI civic then ebay that thing, alot of people that are swapped B's into civics are lookings for them, I have the integra mounts you're looking for so you won't need it.
