i just sold the b16 outta my red coupe now that im giving da title to my sister, but when i put this jdm swap in everything seemed good but wen i tried to start it. it will start and go strait to 3,000 rpms then after 2 seconds it will rev higher to 4,000 rpms and slightly go up as if i was pressin da accelerator , bbut im not......any ideas?!?!?!?!? please help?????

engine = jdm b15b vtec
fuel = yes
spark = yes
battery/ alt/ starter = working fine

im using a obd1 p28

I'd also check for any vacuum leaks or mixed up hoses. Also check for any grounds that aren't grounded.
