im interested in buying a cam for my d16z6, the stage 2 3/4 street strip cam from crower looks good, but id like to get the opinions of people who actually put one in there car. the head is ported and polished, i have an intake, header, ignition, zex 55 shot, and i dont have it yet, but either hondata or a crome chip. will this give me the 15-20% increase in hp that crower told me, or am i wasting my money. also, would it be a good idea to get a lightened flywheel and crank or not? thanks

 

you won't get that much out of it. maybe 6-7 hp across the whole band. You'd aslo have to buy their retainer and spring combo to run that high of a profile cam.

 

thats it??? has anybody tried it, and think its worth the money?
