wiring up vtec, only has 1 wire comin out of it :(

wiring up vtec, only has 1 wire comin out of it :(
so im finaly wiring up my d16y8 mini me...... and the vtec solonoid only has a wire coming from the tip of the part... no secondary clip.....
wut do i do?
