Default Considering these wheels

(for details on my car, check signature)
Hey everyone. It's good to be back, I haven't been on in a long while. I just wanted to double check something with you guys. I was thinking of switching over from my stock wheels (13") to Rota Slipstreams.

I was going to go with 16x7" + 40mm offset, with a bolt pattern of 4x100 for $500 for the set. I think the price is fair, unless you guys know where to get it cheaper and from a reliable place, I would appreciate it. I'm getting them from http://www.jaydm.com/slipstream.htm

The tires I'm getting for these rims are the Falken Azenis RT-615, 205/40R16 83W for $336 for the set. From http://www.vulcantire.com/azenis_rt615_t.htm

Does set up work perfectly? Any rubbing what so ever?
I think they should fit with no problem and no rubbing, I just want to get a confirmation from you guys. Thanks a lot HAN members.

Either the question is really hard, or its such a noob question that no one wants to answer it.

I just want to know if this setup will cause any rubbing when turning. For example, will the inner part of the tire rub if I make a u-turn?

as far i am aware a 16x7" wheel with a +40mm offset mated with 205/45/16 tires will not rub in civics!!
