my 92 civic dx has a 91 civic si 1.6L motor that was in the car that i had to put in.and the disrtributor in it is for the 91civic si and its wired on from the both plug wires be cut off., and the distributor is turned tothe left just out of the bolt holes held on with the bolt screwed in but not threw the distributor hole. the washer on the onthe bolt has it held up, the car runs good, but the power is weak, ididnt no if i am pose to has a 92 civic distibutor and just re wire it in its place, or not? any help would be good... if you need pics i can try to get some..

 

so am i gonna have to get a 92 civic distributor and replace the 91 dis.
