I don't know how it would look in person, but based on those pictures I'd say borbet.

None of them. If you want something not expensive, just go for a set of fat fives or blades and get a nice set of tires.

wow.. those all look like crap on there.. i think part of the reason is that picture of the civic is perfect example of un-sporty!

civic si (15in)
civic hx (14in)

integra gsr blades (15in)
integra ls mesh (15in)
integra web (14in)

all of these can be found with tires for under $300 or without for even cheaper
there are also del sol, prelude... wheels that will fit and look nice
cheap wheels are cheap for a reason
the stock wheels may be boring looking to some people, but they are high quality wheels that are pretty light and plenty strong

if forced to get one of those go with borbet, they are at least a decent brand, but nowhere near as nice as any stock honda alloy wheel
there is a reason people buy stock or $250+ per wheel rims

Seems like you're on a budget. From my experience, buying cheap wheels cost more in the long run as they bend easily and need to be replaced.

I would go with what cpvdh mentioned, some OEM wheels are more stylish and are stronger.
