that turbo is WAY To big for your motor and your power goals. You serisuly need to LEARN about what the turbo sizes MEAN or else we are all wasting our time trying to help you because were speaking like you know the lingo, and you obviusly have no clue. Before you boost you might want to put a Y8 head on your D16Y7 because if i am not mistaken the Y7 is a non VTEC commuter head. If im mistaken please correct me.

well you told me before that the 14b and the t25 were to small to go with a t3 so im looking and trying to read im also on homemade turbo and reading and already have learneda lot from that website and i no that i need to learn more but now you confused me by sayng that the t3 is to big. wht do you mean

thats not a t3 thats a t3/t4 a much to big t3/t4

whether or not the motor is vtec doesnt matter, the problem with the y7 comes in the bottom end, the rods are smaller and it will take much less abuse
