Default Rough Ride

I just need some answers. 02 honda civic ex and the ride has been very rough lately and I was just wondering what it could be. I have a 2 in. drop and 17 in wheels on it and want a smoother ride.

the drop spring may be stiffer than stock causing the rought ride or the springs ahave saged and caused the bumbstops to hit.

when you use lowering springs with stock shocks it's only a matter of time before they blow
