would a 99 4 door rear bumper fit a coupe??

so i have a 1999 civic, two doors of course, and i was wondering if a 99 sedan's rear bumper would fit mine.....

i was driving up a driveway, when my car got caught, and it ripped it off, so i was looking for a new one, and i found a sedan's bumper.....so it would fit then?

i needed gas and the gas station's driveway was about a good 30 degree angle....lol.
