im buying a 93 hatchback and going to do an h22 swap in and not sure on which mount kit to go with...is there any known advantages/disadvantages with the ones that are available? the companys i know that make the kits are..

hasport
hcp
placeracing?
...?

any info would be appreciated, thanx

 

From what ive read i would say go with the hasport kit..... :thumbup:

had to sell it to pay off credit cards and other loans sucks, but had to do it.......anyways though, what ive heard so far, HCP is a copy of the HASport, and from the pictures ive seen it mounts the drivers side of the engine VERY close to the shock tower, might even need to bang it in a little bit...where as the place racing seems to set it a little more to the center of the engine bay

 

Did you sell it with the T78 on it? I thought I noticed you not posting as much on supraforums. Anyways, either way it's going to be a tight fit.

 

yeah i sold it complete...i needed the money asap and just had to sell to the first reasonable offer...i hopefully will get another supra sometime in the future, but for now im gonna have to do the honda thing again which is alot of fun though, just not as easy to make hp
