So power windows bolt right into non-power windowed door with no modifacation?

yes its a complete bolt on affair. you will need the power regulators which will be connect to the sissor handles that hold the glass. oem switches for both sides, the harness that runs from both power regulators and switches. you will also need the under the dash harness that plugs into the fuse box, power window relay, and ex door panels or inner ex panel inserts because the hole that houses the power window switches is different then that of a non power window panel.

Dont i have all that stuff on the EX door?So all i would have to do is take all that stuff like the wires and motor and what not and swap it?

exactly. pulling the wires is probably the hardest part.
