Default Transmission's a little noisy in the morning..

Hi there!
Thanks for reading. Here's my problem, I have a 95 Ex with an automatic transnission. In the morning, usually when it's cold, the transmission seems to be making a weird noise on second to third gear. It kinda sounds like a heavy vibrating noise. And after three mins. the noise goes away. Does anyone have any ideas as to why it's doing this? Oh! the fluid level's fine and it has been changed every 30,000 miles.

If the fluid is close to the 30k mark I would change it as a precaution.
I drive a '92 EX but only auto civic I've driven was a DX.
I don't remember noticing any weird sounds coming from the trans or happening during shifts on any auto cars I've driven but on most I've noticed a little sluggishness when it's cold out, until warms up.
I redlined an '86 Accord in 1st during the winter more than once (first car, was stupid) when I was running late for school because the trans took forever to shift when the fluid was all cold and thick.
If I had to guess, and it would be a guess I would say maybe fluid or mount(s) or torque converter, trans slipping. For all I know it might be normal for that year when it's cold.
