Front pad issues - uneven wear
Does anyone know what could be the cause of this? I was inspecting my front pads and it appears that the inner pads on both calipers are wearing much more than the outer pads, to the point where it looks like the caliper is pushing outward due to the wear. I'm going to resurface the rotors and install new pads, but I'm worried that I would need new calipers as well...is it just an adjustment issue, or are the calipers crapping the bed? Also, if I get a set of rebuilts, would the issue be cleared up? I was talking with a friend of mine and he warned that new calipers wouldn't necessarily fix the issue, and it could be something else...any help would be appreciated!

Well, it's about 10% left on the inside, and 40% left on the outside, that's why it's a bit strange to me...like its only biting on the inner and not on the outer pad...

Sounds like you have a small amount of binding in the pins or the pads are tight in the calipers.
Make sure the caliper(s) slide freely on the pins. Make sure the dust boots on the pins are intact... look for any sign of rust on teh pins. Make sure the pads float freely in the calipers.... clean out the corners where the pad "ears" contact the calipers really well.
