Default so many problems with my 98 civic ex

Heres the list:
Idle problems- Idles low when idling, when coming to a stop, I push in the clutch the idle drops to about 1000rpms then goes up to about 1300rpms, then when I come to a complete stop, it drops back down to 1000rpms and after about 2 seconds it drops to 100 rpms sometimes stalling.

Lights flickering- As soon as I crank my car in the morning(dark outside), every single light on my car flickers.

Tranny problem- I changed my clutch for obvious reasons like, started slipping, grinding 3rd gear. With the flywheel resurfaced and the new clutch kit installed, all of the gears feel rough and every so often it will grind 3rd.

Can someone please help

problem 1 - my guess IAC(idle air control valve), or possible vacuum leak/

problem 2- failing battery, weak alternator. one of the two is my guess...have the tested..most auto stores will test for free.

problem 3 - sounds like you might have some synchros going bad

these are all just my opinions but thats what it sounds like to me.

problem2 - check terminals for corrosion, lose wire/ground
problem3 - also check your fluid level and did you bleed the system

those are some good starting points to work from, let us know if after these are checked if problems still continue
