I went to the 1/8 mile track tonight and my best time was 9.158 @ 84.122 mph. 60' time was a 2.33. I was running Falken Azines (14") at regular pressure. I babied 1st gear to try and spin as little as possible, so I should be able to get a little better time. Now I really want to go to a 1/4 mile track. On a side note they had a "sport compact shootout" which I won. I got a free pass for my next visit to the track.

 

at first i skimmed ur post and thought u said that u put up a 9sec quartermile time! lol anyway congratz on the win and goodLuck at the 1/4mi

 

nice run 84.12 mph is a really good trap in the 1/8th. I was kind of surprised when i got the holeshot on you during the last round of the import shootout but then you ran me down hard in 2nd At least i'm not the slowest one out there...and i think the humid weather didn't help. My best trap was like a 71.XX and 2 weeks ago i pulled a 73.9 mph. I get a half off pass for next time to the track :thumbup:

I wanna take the CLS out there next time and see what it runs. I raced one a few weeks ago from a 20 mph roll and it was pretty close.

 

no sh!t. I was like 9sec and top speed of 84? thought your car just burned nitrous until 80 and then just coasted.

with your mods you should be much much faster than 9.1s. hell I was doing 9.6s in my bolton gsr hybrid.

 

what would a 9.1 @84 mph equate to on a qtr mi [guesstimate]?

 

9.1 x 1.55 ~ low low 14s, give or take of course.
