Hi everyone!
I have a small problem, my sunroof molding on my 95 Ex is binding making it hard for the motor to retract it. Oh! I did change the motor out and the same thing is happening. Is there any kind of lube for the track and molding?Which I hope will fix it.h:

Not really sure exactly what you mean by the molding binding your sunroof, but you could try spraying some WD-40 on the inside edges of the molding - a lot of people do that to make it smoother and quieter. See if it helps.

if you spray something in to lube it up dont use wd-40, use a teflon based product like tri-flow or something else
it does better when water is involved
just a heads up
