alright i have a big problem, everytime i start my vehicle every light (dash, headlight, anything that lights up) gets dim and bright, on and on quicker and quicker until its back to normal. and this last for about 10-15 seconds for everytime i start my car, also something the battery light goes crazy blinking rapidly but does not turn completly on... New alternator, battery and (2) brand new direct fit Denso 02's, dares a check engine light for the 02's but i kno the 02's works because ever since i installed it between shifts its much smoother and a diagnostic test shows theres a problem with both 02's, also a wire from each 02's is throwing low voltage, out putting 3.44v when its suppose to be 12v ........ HELP!!!!!

 

The Voltage regulator going out? I dont know.... stab in the dark...

 

where is the voltage regulator located ?

 

its on the alternator, and i dont think they can be changed out.

 

Good stab i would say the same.Yes the regulator can not be changed you would need a new alternator.
