Default question about switching clusters

i have a 98 dx coupe that i just bought. the 98 dx doesnt have the tachometer just has the speedometer. is it possible to put lets say a ex cluster in and still keep my odometer reading? or would it be the odomter off whatever car i got? what all would have to be done?

swap out the center gauge if you get an ex cluster, then you can still keep the same milage

It's not as hard as it seems. You just need to be very careful and pay attention to how everything goes back together and you took everything out.

the clusters are just plug and play. If you buy and EX cluster and put it in your DX, just plug it in and the tach will work.
