Default tachometer frozen

my tach has frozen at 2 rpm. i checked all the wires and connections. all seems to be fine except the signal itself. could it be the tach itself malfunctioning or something else?

i guess it'll give me a reason to get the EG9 cluster

i fumbled with the wires to make sure everything is secure...now it revs, but wont drop to idle rpm...it just stays at the highest point revved

I think he means 2000 rpm right doood?

Your right this is a good excuse to get and eg9 cluster. My excuse to get an eg6 cluster is my stock clusters blubs are burnt out and I think $4-9 a blub is a rip off but $300 on a new cluster ain't that bad.

Wierd...mine stops at 700 when i turn my car off. But sometimes after i drive it for a long time and turn it off it'll drop all the way down to 0.
