Ok, so the guy who bought my 95 gsr with the b16 swap (don't ask, we are past this now), wants me to get him a 95 Del sol vtec power control module. It goes under the passenger side kick panel... What does this do? And why does he need it for a 95 gsr?

 

Isn't that the back part of the fusebox? It may be integrated into the box??
