I drive a 98 EX and was wondering what motor is under that hood?

I know its a d16, but a d16 what is what i am asking.

Also I notice that when I park my car, It leaks out what appears to be just water, I thought it was because the AC was left on, but this time i made sure I turned it off but there was still a streak of water running out from the underside..anyone know what it might be?
