let me look at some books at work i can get b16 and h22 speck but not b18 but shold be close to b16

8 4 2 6 10
step1 lube bolts with motor oil b16+h22 helps to get the proper tork

b16step 2 tork 1-10 to 22 foot pounds { h22 tork 1-10 to 29 foot pounds
b16step 3 tork 1-10 to 61 foot pounds { h22tork 1-10 to 51 foot pounds
b16step 4 repeat step3 { h22 tork 1-10 to 72 foot pounds
{ h22 repeat step4

to tighten cam caps bolts start whith a 1/2 a turn in the same patern(add a couple of bolts) till thay get snug then tork

b16small bolts on caps ends 7 foot pounds { h22small bolts 9

b16cam sproket 41 foot ponds { h22 sproket 37
