overheating when i boost

ok I tryed to start the car this moring and it turned over first click, I shut it off right away

No, its not possible. That would have nothing to do with your temp issues. Rings seperate oil from combustion, and do nothing regarding coolant. Your plugs are clean and not fouled because you are steam cleaning them with coolant every time you boost.

What color is the smoke coming from your exhaust on idle and on boost?

What does your exhaust smell like on idle and on boost?

Do you notice cars behind you on the road using their windshield wipers even though it's not raining?

Sorry, man but those are all of the symptoms of head lift. Get ARP studs for like 115$ or so, a mls gasket from autozone for 40$ and some copper gasket spray and you'll never have that problem again.
