a good place to get new rotors?
Time to change my brakes, id like to go for something other than any stock rotor, does anyone have anything in mind?? Or maybe some sites?? I have a 1992 Civic DX.

Since your rear brakes are drums (if it's a stock setup) there's not too much that you can do for the front-end without un-balancing the braking system. That being said, you could probably run Brembo blanks without much of a problem. Buy them from your local car parts store or, if you prefer to purchase them online, try http://weaksauce or google around for the lowest prices

i hated those pads. and it costs a lil more then 150 bux, esspecially if u wnat it done right and not like some stupid ass hillbilly. get some brembo blanks and try soma axxis pads. thats what im running and there nice for a street driven car. rear drums arent that bad, if u maintain them, they can stop just as well if not a lil better then disks, but, theres the maintanence factor.

I usually recommend using Powerslot rotors and Hawk HPS pads. Great improvement over stock and perfect for street use.
Brembo blanks tend to warp easily from personal experience. The Powerslot rotors hold up very well and have a coating on the hub to keep it from rusting also.
