Anybody ever bought a cheap ebay turbo?
Don't buy an ebay kits, I have owned quite a few turbo DSMs and have seen first hand he quality of ebay turbo kit parts. For one hte manifolds are made very shitty and tend to crack after a thousand miles or so, I have literally seen the compressor housings on the turboes glued.. yes I said glued together. The BOV's leak, I have had a ebay oil feed line explode while I was driving. The wastegates seem to be alright though never really heard anything bad about them. Just do your research and you'll be fine, I have owned alot of turbo cars and done a few custom turbo kits if you have any questions just PM me and I'll try and help you out.
But honestly IMO your best bet is to piece one together, it's usually cheaper and you get more of what you want. Just make sure you spend the money to get a nice Garrett, Turbonetics, Greddy, HKS, etc. turbo and buy a nice manifold I would stay away from the tubular manifolds although they look "pretty" they crack because of the weight of the turbo. The best manifolds for a daily driven car are either a cast or tubular manifold.
and as for DSM 450cc injectors they are alot cheaper than $60 go on local DSM forums and people normally sell them for $40 or so but make sure you get the resistor pack for them.

the blow off valve is more importent then the intercooler, but you really do need both. The bov is gonna vent the extra pressure that is still in the chargepipes when you shift, this prevents it from rushing back into the turbo and damaging it overtime. The intercooler makes it possible to run more boost safly, and make more power from the boost your making. the turbo is spitting out hot air, so simply putting a charge pipe from the compressor to the throttle body isnt gonna lead to very impressive numbers. Now installing an intercooler, allows for that hot air to first get a cooled, which will dramticly reduce intake air temps and allow for more power and less concern for knock
<---- Ebay turbo
Lasted 11k miles at 10psi then finally started spraying oil out my BOV due to the charge side seal leaking oil into the compressor.
Waste of time and money. Now im going SUPERCHARGER! (Track mostly car)

your going to be very dissapointed with the performance a supercharger offers vs that of a turbo, exspecially on a D series.
Why they hell are u bitchin and complaining, when ur SN is hatehonda.net. But hey if u got the money to blow, how about u send some my way. The SSautoshit (should be their true name) is the worst stuff u can buy, I have seen where people have bought them and they start to crack so the just weld up the cracks ( which weakens them even more) Till it gets to the point of just have alot of patch weld and having no strength left to it. Fuels Rails and reg are eye candy parts. Unless ur running over 450cc injectors theres no need to a bigger fuel pump. For gauges all u need is Oil pressure and Boost. And like every says "You get what you pay for" is true with the SSautoshit stuff.
An egt is also very necessary to have tapped into your manifold to tell you how hot/cold your manifold is running so you can have an accurate way to tell if you are running lean or rich. You have to remember a turbo pulls out alot more of your gas and where as when you aren't in boost you may be running perfect but the second you hit boost your injectors are putting alot of overtime in. You don't wanna lean it out to bad and blow your shit up.
