The pump was never taken out, but I did replace the filter. I'm going to pull out my fuel rail and injectors today and clean them. I'll also check fuel pressure. I'm thinking because the car sat so long, the fuel probably went bad anyway. I'm going to siphon it out and dispose of it and start fresh. If the injectors aren't the problem, then I'll consider the relay.

*bump*

Ok, before I started messing around with draining fuel and all that, I decided to check for spark again. I wasn't getting anything so I broke out the multimeter and found that the ignition coil is bad.

Should I go with OEM, or the Accel performance ignition coil shown here: http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/bi...Civic+%2311076

Let me know what you guys think, as I want to order this ASAP!

Personally I would spend the extra money and get OEM. Not much is better than OEM and plus you have the fact of knowing you're going with OEM partsand not some other off-name brand ya know?

Accel is apparently highly regarded when it comes to domestic cars (along with MSD). I found an OEM one (it doesn't list the manufacturer of the part) for $30 shipped on eBay, and the guy has a 99.9% positive feedback rating. Maybe I'll just try that at first.
