Yes I just swapped in my OBDI b16a not long ago and converted it to OBDII with the conversion harness using my OBDI chipped p28 ecu. I was told when getting emissions here they dont put it on the rollers but hook it up to the computer and with my OBDI ecu in my OBDII car it wont read right and I wont pass. I am fixing to buy an OBDII 99-00 si ecu because my harness, alt., dizzy, etc. is off a 99-00 si. When I hook it up, can I just swap in my chip from the p28 that I have tuned for my car and everything work ok? Just wanna make sure cause I'm fixing to go get emissions and stuff. Thanks!
