Default hot motor whats the prob?

so my motor has been running a little hot lately, hotter then usual, anyways, i thought it might jsut be the coolant getting dirty so i did a flush on it, coolant was actually really clean. anyways did a whole flush and all, and my motor STILL runs hot. So this morning i went ahead and cheacked the Fan motor, relay and fuses, everything works fine. checked the fan motor by jumping it to the battery, checked the relay by wiring it up to my DRL relay and see if that works. and it did, and fuse i just put my DMM on. anyways, i am up to the point where i just wanna wire my fan into my ignition or something and just have it run that way. but i decided that i would ask you guys first before i do anything to see if you guys maybe have had this problem and know how to fix it.

anyways: Car: 1993 Del Sol S. Motor: Stock D15B7 (CAI is only mod)

thanks a bunch
Carlos

And how do you know your motor is running hotter than usual? What's the usual standard temp?

it usually should run about 1/2 way up the gauge, and how it runs hotter, it's about 3/4 of the way up the gauge. but no real noticable performance issues

does the a/c work, and does the heater blow hot when you have it on or just luke warm.

i would say bubble in the coolant system. Did you let it run without the rad cap for about 15 minutes?
