Default Problem with lower motor mount

I recently discovered that my lower motor mount (the one on the driver side, not tranny mount) is completely distroyed. I dont know how long its been since it went "bad", but it looks like its been a long time. I bought a new motor mount a couple days ago, and when I went to swap the old with the new, both of the bolts broke off. The nuts that are welded to the inside of the frame are busted, and there seems to be no way I can get them out without drilling two holes in the frame to get a socket down in there. PLEASE help me out on this one. Something that seemed to be quite simple, has turned into a nightmare.

I have a D16Z6 swap, with the EX tranny (P20)

how would that help him? pulling the motor doesn't make getting the bolts out of the frame any easier.

Yea I have a titanium 1 inch drill bit, and was going to drill into the frame (right under the power steering resevoir). I dont know if anyone has had this problem before, and had a less destructive way of solving the issue.

Could drilling a 1 inch hole in the frame (in that area) have any effect on the frame's stability. I just dont want to do something that drastic.
