when my car is just sitting, and i have it started,, out the muffler it makes putt sounds and smokes a little,if i take off fast it smokes a little bit to.and if i give it some gas say reving it up it smokes a little.. its not the head gasket, i was wonder if i swaped a differnt head if it would stop? any other ideas would be great... at one time i had a bad oil leak when i first got the car becausethe head bolts where missing. and it spit oil out of them, but i fixed allthat and it stilldoes all that, but not as bad..

 

it might be the piston rings,probably not but thats what happened to my dads 90 EJ
