How To Remove Upper Front Grill On Civic96
Hey Guys and Girls,
How is everyone been? I have a Honda Civic 1996 Sedan and was trying to remove the front upper grill with the honda badge on it and replace it with an after market grill with mesh... I removed the top screws and tried to unclip it but thats as far as i got
... are there any more screws under the grill i should know about because now i cant even clip it back on as it was and it doesnt look good
.
Could someone please help me and tell me how i could also remove the lower grill beneath the top one so i could put mesh there as well???
Thanks heaps in advance and hope to hear from someone soon.
Cheers,
Johnny.

this is in the totally wrong section. I think you are talking about the bumper as a whole. Since you stated the lower grill. You'll need to remove all the plastic screws holding the top of the bumper and grill to the engine bay. then there are i think 2 10mm bolts holding the bumper on under the engine. Its pretty simple. If you get lost, then go get a repair manual. Also, removing the grill is much easier while the bumper is off
