what could this be

Jus buy a 99 civic coupe and its throwin a ce light o2 sensor. the car isnt moving like how its should its real sluggish i want to know if the ot sensor could cause that. the car take long to get to 40 mph. please i really need some help on this

change the o2 senser. But its probably just the slow 99 civic what r u used to?

agreed on the o2 sensor. have cap & rotor checked as well. check/ change plugs. they may @ least need to be re-gapped
