I got this car at the beginning of summer, and only now do I have the dough to do anything to it. First stop, the body shop for a new paintjob and some rust repair. I like the black it is now, but it is hard to keep clean. I was thinking maybe a dark silver/slate color may look good, but I was wondering what you guys think. Future mods include new wheels, 35% tinted windows and some better brakes with larger rotors and bright red calipers. Thanks guys!

I would say the dark silver color would be good. My preference isnt any loud and bright colors though. What you think would look good, might make other people puke.

 

well you could try a midnight black. or a frost white. i love those but dark silver would look good. or maybe gun metal grey. there all good colors. its all up to you. are you thinking about putting engine modifications on it at all? thats a must! IMO

 

yeah... a realy dark silver would look nice and classy, as much as a del slow can be.

I change my mind. What you SHOULD do is spend all the money that you would on a paint job, on crazy engine mods. Make some insane power and then just make the car primer grey. I see this all the time around here... I'm guessing primer is the new black?

 

thats what i would've said..except for the primer part..but i didn't since he's specifically looking to paint his car lol
