I got some weird problems with my 94 honda need help please!!!

You don't have to take the alternator off to test it.

Hook an ohmeter to the battery terminals. Should read 12v. Turn car on. should read about 14v. Have someone rev car to 2Krpms with lights on and heater going full blast. The voltage should remain at about 14v with minimal variations/fluctuation.

I tested it at autozone when it was at idle it read at 14.2 when i pressed the gas it jump past 16 the meter didnt have any higher numbers but it went past 16. and when i try to turn the lights on it says the brights are on but they dont shut off does that mean anything?

Yep, that means something! I'm thinking you have a bad voltage regulator. It keeps the fluctuations in voltage from the alternator from damaging other electrical components, like, say, headlights.

Double check your ground wires too. Sometimes that will cause voltage problems.
