I need your opinion on whether or not my car will smog in California. I have a 96 civic hatch dx, the one where the cat is on the header. Now the header has been changed to a smog legal dc header and the cat is on the bottom and hooks up to the header. Still has and uses the 2 o2 sensors... The reason im asking is because i've heared that if the car has the cat on the header you can't mess with that...??

I don't think you'll have a problem, but there's always a chance in CA.
