if you're set on an upgrade im and that full race is too expensive, consider having your stock one ported or buy a ported one from www.importbuilders.com

If the next best thing is the JG Edelbrock, rather than 899.99 for the full-race one. I think that is what I am gonna go with.
Any objections!?

i'd really like to see you go with the full-race, but i totally understand the cost issues. That is definatly an outragous price for an intake manifold.

I'd love to go full race. I would bet that, that intake manifold makes the same if not more power than ITB's. Because there is a plenum for the air to swirl in. If I could get that IM for like around 400 i would get it, but 899.99 is outrageous.

look around on ebay and ht to see if someone's selling one, but I doubt it. You'd have to luck out and find some guy who blew his motor or wrecked his car to be selling one. I doubt that's really something that someone's going to part with after slapping it on. JG is a similar design with the large plenum and short, fat runners. A close second in my mind for sure.

Well it looks like I will be going JG Edelbrock Victor X manifold. But their website says it is for 7000-10000 RPM's.

Max rev, likely. I'd double check to be sure that you can run it without the secondary injectors. Make sure they have plugs for it or something. I've only installed this manifold in a turbo kit that used the secondary injector ports so I'm not sure what the procedure is if you're not using them to block them off...
