(96 honda civic lx 1.6 non v-tec) ok car is running after lots of work but is ideling hige 1900 rpm in park and 1100 rpm in drive i turned the screw on the thorutal body and reset computer like book said but stell there. and how do u take the thorutal postion sensor off never seen fastners like that

 

it could be your tps, but more likely it's a vacuum leak... check your vacuum hoses and intake to make sure there are no leaks... also, replacing the valve cover gasket may help...
