Default Spring/ Shock combo question

I recently purchased spoon shocks to replace my old ones. right now they are paried with tanabe NF210. I for one think the NF is too soft andwhen i drive into pavement where there is a bumpy road its bouncy. i want to pair the shocks so that it can compliment each other. so far the only avail springs here in the philippines are

Tanabe
NF210
GF210
DF210

Neuspeed
Espilier
H&R

BTw, car is 99civic sedan
What springs are the best combo for the spoon shocks? you help will be greatly appreciated...
