Default brakes problem

yea i got a 96 civic i just got in a wreck with it on thursday sux for me bashed the hood the airbags went off and took the windshield with it but the collision was only at 20 mph tops point taken. brake fluid splattered lightly in my engine bay and now my brakes are acting like i can pump them up and il have brakes but 5 sec later my foot will sink to the floor and have none and theres no leak anywhere what would be the problem just for me to bleed the brakes? or does it need a new master cylinder? any pointers to lead me in the right way be much appreciated
