Default put a new engine in and problems. Please help

I finally put the d15b into my car. Starts up fine and everything, but it sounds like there is a problem just at idle. I floored my car going down the street and there is hardly any accleration. Then when i take it above 3k it studders and chokes it seems like. any ideas?

It's on the back of the intake manifold. 2 12mm bolts. If it's black, hit it with carb cleaner. Is your Check engine light on? Proper ECU?

its not the IACV. Once you hit the gas that is out of the equation. Are you positive your timing is correct?

Could also have something to do with not enough air or fuel if it's choking once he gives it gas. But it could also be a sensor that works off the air or fuel.
