car is smoking

hey my car just started to smoke alot. do you guys know what it is. it's a b16 with turbo. i think its the rings could that be it imnot sure

have you checked your compression. could be bad valve stem seals, rings, bad valve guide or leaking seal in turbo forcing oil into the intake.
