Default what can i do about performance

ok ive read and read and read this network for about 4 months now, and learned SOOOOOO much but one thing i cant find is ways to improve my performance. why my situation is wierd is my car has a throttle body and is not fuel injected. all the turbo set ups i have seen are for fuel injected civics. is it possible to turbo my car?? what can i do to improve my performance with a non-fuel injected car. would a cool air intake be to my advantage. ive read all the other newbs questions about adding HP but from what i can tell they have all been FI. i know i have a small ass engine(one of the smallest honda makes) its euro specs. any one please help.

yeah, I would LOVE to do that, but unfortunatly i live in germany for the next 6 months (in the army) and i cant take it back to the states and i really dont have the resources here to do it. so more or less im just using it to give me something to mess with while im still here. tryin to put some stuff into it before i leave. just waiting to get back to the states to pick up another civic.

Your car has a throttle body, therefore it is fuel injected.
