93 hatch cluster prob

my cluster light and the lights on dash to evrything else except my cd player doesnt work. need help............

i checked all the fuses but that doesnt seem to be the problem

Turn the interior light dimmer wheel, then tap it. I'm still looking for a way to eliminate the dimmer switch, I'm on my third one.
