Default interchagable parts for 03 civic

Okay I ran a search to find what was interchangable for drum to disc conversion to no resoloution. I have an 03 civic and I have been getting all my suspension squared away. My new lca's are on the way and I figured since i'm pulling out most of the ass end I might as well do the conversion while i'm at. Can someone let me know what the donor car would be.

As I said I ran a search so don't smoke me to hard.
Thanks

Come on now I might not have a monster race car, u may think my question is simple. I'm just asking for a little help here. Would I get a better response if I asked what engine would fit in an 03 civic?

can use the EP3(SI hatch) brake setup on ur car, or u can use the later EP3 or RSX 5 lug, they all just bolt on. Those are ur best bet to get the disk in the rear
