Default Off the line hesistation

Okay, I got a little 04 Civic LX A/T (yeah yeah, put a sock in it ). I got rear ended recently, and after getting it back from the shop, whenever I put any decent gas to it from the line, the shifting is all jacked up. It hesistates a little, then seems to have gear slippage or something before it hits 2nd. It doesn't happen when I gas it up gradually, though.

Any idea what this may be (and could it possibly be attributed to the accident)? I don't think the two are related but it's a weird coincidence...

I have had the same problem with my 97 Civic EX. im running a I-H-E setup with slight ignition mods, and whenever i floor it from idle my car creeps, which really sucks when trying to bust a U or cross an intersection. Im going to take it in to get a tune up, which hopefully will correct the problem.

Mine's not that bad, but it's a little annoying b/c I FEEL it more than I hear it. I love being thrown back in my seat, but NOT for the wrong reasons
