Default DC Header

Ok so my DC's have an exhaust leak because they craked. I took them to get them welded today but there is another crack . Is welding these an effective thing or will it come apart?

Also what kind of header will fit a d16y7? (ex header 96-00 or what?)

And HOW can I tell what my hatch is???? If its a dx or cx??? (its 96 and has a d16y7) thats all I know.

Sorry for the newb questions but since I used to have a gsr, I am more familiar with the b series and integras so plz bear with me. Thanx

Sohc? What diff does that make. That effin header cost the same for dohc and sohc . but yea i'll probly end up gettin some cheap ones and welding my dc carb number onto them . Headers are headers right? Or does it matter if they are the cheap kind?

You'll get as much power from an ebay header as a DC. DC headers aren't exactly at the top of the power chain, it's the name people pay for, why? I don't know.

You can use exhaust gasket maker. I use it when I put my exhaust back together. It's red stuff found at Pep Boys.
