Default Upgrading Rear LCA. OPINIONS!

Well, I have been lookng at something new to blow my money on. LOL. I have been looking at buying the rear ATS Strut Bar and pillar bars, but I have not decided yet. I enjoy the handling on my car now more than ever. I love the performance of it too. BUt what I mean is if I have to duck and weave on the highway sometime I want to know my car can handle it. My question is, What is the benefit of upgrading my LCA's? I have seen the OMNI POWER ones for about 150 bucks I think, What will changing them out benefit my car for?
Also, does anyone have the ATS rear strut bar/C-Pillar Bar/Triangular quick release bar in their car?

I love my Omnipower LCA's. Stiffer and stronger than stock. On the site it says it also gives you more clearance in the rear for different tire options, not sure about that though.

im runnin the classic srr purple lcas for 2 years now, works great and 2lb lighter then stock with the option for a rear sway bar. but im thinkin of switchin to skunk2s bronze lcs, same specs, poly bushings, 2lbs in weight and holes for a sway bar, i only wanted it for the bling and thats the damn truth!

omni is inexpensive, reliable and fit to manufacturer specs so you dont have to adjust your camber so to say but an allignment is always reccomended when changing/replacing any suspension parts. The geometry sometimes is thrown off by the removal of the original part.

Only reason I'd get LCA's if I wasn't roadracing or auto-x'ing would be to get the holes for some sway bars. What else do you have going suspension-wise?

I have KONI Yellow shocks. THey look adjsutable from the top, but idk. Ground Control Coilovers. What all will the LCA's help me besides weight?

I want the TEIN Pillow mounts tho.

the koni yellow sport shocks r adjustable from full stiff to full soft and can only be adjusted with the koni adjustment knob. koni yellows with ground controls coilovers combined with the ground control top hats = the win! it would be a great setup. get the lcas if u need it to mount in a sway bar and for the added new poly bushings and the bling factor. otherwise save ur money.

The GC/Koni setup is a nice one. The top hats are nice cause they extend shock travel so you can get a little lower without riding bumpstops all the way. Don't get the pillow ball mounts, they'll make the ride harsher and increase road noise, for very little gain.

If you want to mount sway bars, get the LCA's, they'll make a big difference (the swaybars that is). Just don't get the LCA's by themselves thinking it's going to be a night and day difference, cause it won't. If you want bling, definately get them, kinda neat to see the anodized parts underneath the car when you see it from behind. If you want to mount sway bars cheap, get OEM bars and LCA's off a DC.
